Clinical psychologists are bound by state licensure regulations. You must live in one of the following states (where Dr. Sarah is licensed and has credentials to practice) in order to work together and meet via Zoom:

At the time of service, you’ll also need to be physically located in your primary state of residence.

Sleep & Shine currently contracts with Alma and participates in the following insurance plans: Aetna, United, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar, and UMR for Florida and New York residents only. Sleep & Shine does not accept plans through the marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid, or BCBS/Florida Blue/Anthem. Medicare managed plans are also not accepted at this time.

If Dr. Sarah is in-network with your insurance, you’ll likely be responsible for paying your “specialist copay rate” at the time of service.

If Dr. Sarah is not in-network with your insurance, in some cases, you may be eligible to use your out-of-network insurance benefits. If appropriate, a monthly “superbill” will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company should you choose to facilitate reimbursement. You are ultimately responsible for any out-of-network coverage. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Everyone is unique, but on average, treatment is 4-6 visits in total (including the initial 60 min consult). Improvements in sleep quality can happen in a few weeks with consistent practice.
